Waters Elementary 8^th Grade

World’s Finest Chocolate Fundraiser

Dear Parents: We are excited to announce that beginning on Wednesday, October 9^th, 2019, Waters Elementary will be participating in a fundraiser to raise money for the 8^th Grade class annual trip. During our fundraiser we will be selling the $2 World’s Finest Chocolate Purple Box Bar Variety Case. Each Purple Box Bar Variety case contains 30 bars. Each bar sells for $2 with a total case value of $60.

CHILD’S NAME)(PLEASE PRINT). __________________________________________ I understand that I am responsible for the money & the chocolate and that no opened cases will be accepted back to Waters Elementary. Failure to turn in proper funds will result in child/student being ineligible from participating in any field trips or school functions until funds are paid in full. Fundraiser concludes on Wednesday, November 6th, 2019.

By signing I am committing to selling the entire case(s) ($60).
